Mail-in Repairs
It might be discouraging to some customers if they do not have a CPR® store location close by. We are a trusted company that has many amazingly skilled technicians available to focus on nothing but repairing damaged devices all day, but what do you do if you do not live within a close enough range to one of our many locations? Don’t be discouraged, we provide our service to customers no matter where you live! We offer a handy service that allows customers to download a mail-in form (Found Here).
The mail-in order form has instructions on how to mail us your damaged device. When your damaged electronic device is received by a technician, they will assess the problem with the device and then will call you. The technicians will let you know when the device is expected to be repaired by and approximately how much the repair will cost the customer. CPR® is a company that is loyal to their customers and even offers a 180-day warranty with their repairs, with the exception of water damage.
